This is a super easy wrap to make and you can add so many things to it as you figure out what foods you can eat. For example when you get to level 4 you could spread cream cheese on the lettuce or a slice of cheddar cheese. Since I don’t have issues with dairy (unlike David my hubby) I like to add that. Also this is great on the go. I make the wrap and then put it in a ziplock or a container, put it in a small cooler and take it with me. It travels really well.
2 large leaves of lettuce (butter leaf or romaine work great – anything other than iceberg)
2 oz Sliced turkey, split on the two leaves
1 avocado sliced, split between the two leaves
1 TBSP Avocado Mayonaise
Optional to add additional vegetables like tomato or mushrooms
Spread a little mayonaise onto each leaf of lettuce. Add turkey, avocado and any additional veggies. Wrap it up and enjoy.
