Sugar Free Cream Cheese Frosting

I mainly use this recipe on my carrot cake but it’s so good that you can put it on any cake that tastes good with a cream cheese frosting.  No one can tell it’s sugar-free.


12 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 Cup Butter, softened

1 1/2 cups Swerve powdered sugar

1 TBSP Pure Vanilla extract

2 TBSP Heavy cream (if needed)


Using a mixer beat together cream cheese and butter until creamy.

Beat in swerve powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

If the frosting is a little thick add heavy cream until desired consistency to use as frosting on cakes.
