This is a smoothie recipe I’ve been making for years.  We started doing smoothies when we owned IdealShape back in 2009.  So this is one of our go-to smoothies.  We always take bananas that have become really ripe and if we don’t use them to make banana bread then we slice them up and freeze them for our smoothies.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups coconut milk or water (if you’re on level 2 you could use almond milk)

1/2 cup frozen bananas

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 handful of mixed greens

1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder 

Directions

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
