Steak Salad Recipe | Eating to Live

We always grill extra steaks for this salad and steak tacos.  For this salad, you really can add almost any vegetable and it tastes great.  It makes a great lunch.


4 cups mixed organic greens

4 oz grilled steak

1/2 can artichoke hearts, quartered

1 organic carrot, grated

1/2 organic beet, grated

4 large organic mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup organic grape tomatoes, cut in half

Handful of micro-greens


Place greens on a dinner plate.  Add grilled steak and all the veggies you like.  Top with your favorite dressing.  I really like the ranch dressing on this one.
