This dressing is really good on salads other than the Spicy Thai salad.  Sometimes we just fill a big bowl with greens and add any vegetables we have on hand and toss it with this salad.  So yummy.  Recipe is from Andrea Nakayama.

Ingredients 

¼ cup sesame oil

½ cup raw sesame tahini

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

1 TBSP grated ginger

Juice of 3 lemons

2 dates or 2 tsp of swerve 

¼ tamari

2 gloves garlic

1 cup shredded coconut

1-2 cups water

 

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

 

This makes 1 quart and will last up to 2 weeks.
