INGREDIENTS

6 oz Baked Salmon

1/3 head green cabbage shredded

¼ head purple cabbage shredded

4 limes juiced

2 oranges peeled and sliced in small pieces

2 TBSP Cilantro – chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

Avocado diced or guacamole 

2 limes for garnish

DIRECTIONS

6 grain free tortillas (I have bought Siete’ brand when I haven’t been able to make my own)

Place cabbage, lime juice, oranges, cilantro, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 min and up to several hours.

Warm up salmon and tortilla’s. Add 1 oz. salmon, cabbage mixture, avocado & limes to a tortilla. Enjoy.
