Roasted Cauliflower | Eating to Live

One of our favorite ways to cook most any vegetable is to roast it.  Just set your oven to 425°, line a baking sheet with foil and add the vegetable on the pan.  Drizzle some avocado oil and seasonings and roast until the vegetable is tender and the edges are brown.  Those brown edges is what adds the flavor to your vegetable.  This recipe for cauliflower is no different.


1 head of organic cauliflower, cut in florets

1/4 cup avocado oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Like I stated above preheat oven to 425°.  Line a baking pan with foil.  Lay cauliflower florets on pan.  Drizzle avocado oil over the cauliflower, salt and pepper to taste and then take your hands and mix the cauliflower up so it’s covered in oil.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until cauliflower is tender and the edges are brown.  Enjoy.
