Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower | Eating to Live


2 Cups Broccoli florets

2 Cups Cauliflower florets

¼ cup Avocado oil

Salt & Pepper to taste

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)




Preheat oven to 425°.  Line cookie sheet with foil (just helps with cleanup).

Spread broccoli and cauliflower on cookie sheet.  Drizzle avocado oil on the top.  Mix in the oil with your hands.  Sprinkle salt and pepper and garlic salt onto the veggies.  Mix again with your hands.

Bake 15 min and then turn the veggies over with a spatula.  Bake another 10-15 min until veggies are soft and have some brown roasted spots on them.


Serve and enjoy.
