Raspberry Smoothie | Eating to Live

Another smoothie recipe that we probably have once a week.  We love raspberries, especially when they are in season.  We will get a bunch of organic ones and freeze them so we can have them year around.


1 1/2 cups coconut milk (if you prefer almond milk it works great too)

1 cup frozen raspberries

1 handful of mixed greens

1 scoop vanilla plant based protein shake mix


Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
