This is another smoothie recipe inspired by Terry Wahls.  Like always I have to make changes to them to make them work for us so I encourage you to do the same thing.  Find healing smoothie recipes that make you feel good.  They should add energy to your day and help your digestive system work at it’s optimal level.  Having healing smoothies most days has been key to achieving our optimal health.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen organic peaches, pitted and sliced

1 medium organic carrot, chopped

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 can full fat coconut milk, almond milk or water

1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
