What I love about this recipe is how simple it is and how delicious it is.  I like the serve the shrimp over fried cauliflower rice but it really goes with everything.


1 lb 16/10 Wild Caught Shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup Avocado Oil

1 Lemon, juiced

Salt & Pepper to taste


6 wood or metal skewers


Heat outdoor grill to 500°

In a bowl combine avocado oil, lemon, salt and pepper.  Put shrimp in bowl and coat really good.  I like it to sit in the oil for at least 30 min.

Take 6 shrimp and place them on a skewer.

Grill 3 minutes per side until shrimp is white all the way through.  Serve over fried cauliflower rice.
