This is another simple recipe as we like to taste the flavor of the pork so we don’t do much to these.  I always make extra so we can have them for lunch in the next day or two.


4-6-8 oz pork chops

Avocado oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and peper to taste


Preheat outdoor grill to 400°. Add avocado oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to a shallow bowl and mix.  Coat each pork chop with oil mixture on both sides.  Let set for 15 min.

Cook pork chops on grill for 5-8 min (depending on thickness) until they have good grill marks and turn.  Cook pork chops on the other side for 5-8 minutes.  When meat thermometer registers 145° pull off grill and cover with foil.  Let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
