This recipe comes from my son Ryan.  He loves to experiment with new ways to cook cauliflower.  He also likes things spicy so if you’re a fan of spicy and cauliflower you will probably love this recipe.


1 head organic cauliflower, cut in small florets

Avocado oil or ghee (if level 4 he makes it with half butter, half oil)

Cajun seasoning (we like McCormick’s, just make sure it’s gluten-free)


Heat pan on stove top to medium high heat.  Add oil or ghee and melt.  Add cauliflower florets and cook until roasted and tender.  Add cajun seasonings to the level of spice you like.  Cook a few minutes longer and serve.
