This smoothie was inspired by Terry Wahl’s. I’ve incorporated many of her smoothies into our eating plan. I’ve made a few changes that work for us and so can you. I like to add protein powder with MCT in it. If you don’t add that then add some MCT oil to help get your good fat in everyday.
1 cup mango
1/2 cup sliced or chopped beets (use raw or cooked)
1 14 oz can full fat coconut milk
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 orange, juiced
twist of black pepper
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
